Shelby is so kind, loving, easy to work with and takes incredible photos. She is very knowledgeable in her work, she knows the right lighting, the cutest places and what poses will look really cute in photos. She captures the perfect memories and makes you feel comfortable while taking them. Once the photos are taken she always gives you a few photos until the final product is done! How many weddings have you shot?


Don’t worry one bit! I like to read the natural chemistry between each couple and play off of that. I will guide you and pose you. If your hand is in an awkward place, I’ll have you move it to look more natural. I love to incorporate movement into photos and create moments for you to remember. 

We are so awkward...how will you ever get a good photo of us?


I love to create a space that allows you to be exactly who you are! It can feel uncomfortable sometimes getting your picture taken, but know that this is totally relaxed and about creating memories with your loved ones! I love to give helpful guidance, but play off of who you are as a couple most!


What is your approach?


I have been a full time photographer for 6-7 years, but have had my hands on a camera my whole life. My grandparents used to drag a camera to every event (still do), and take thousands of photos. I didn't understand why when I was really little, but the older I get, the more I don't want to leave my camera at home. 


When did you start photography?

I do! I photograph weddings, lifestyle, engagements, newborns, seniors, etc. If you can photograph it, I do it! 

Do you do all types of sessions/photography?


Wear what makes you feel comfortable! I always say neutrals look awesome, while pattern is sometimes very distracting. I'm also always there for outfit planning too, so you don't have to go through it alone!


What should I wear to my session?


We will reschedule your session ASAP! For weddings, we make the rain work! We will do indoor photos where we can and if it's not pouring, we grab some umbrellas and get at least a few outside as well!

What if it rains or storms on the day of our shoot? Wedding?


Of course! Traveling is one of my favorite things ever. Message me for details because there may be a travel fee.
